Step 3: Receive
Terri will send books to your home address using Books By Mail* You can also borrow in person from the Coldbrook location.
*During the Canada Post strike a different service will be used. Terri may need a street address instead of a PO Box.
Loans are 3 months (please don’t hurry your grieving). If there is no other person with a hold on your item(s) you can renew them. Terri will be in touch just before the due date.
Step 4: Return
Return postage will be provided. Just package up your items in a padded envelope or box (probably the one sent to you), attach the label, and send it back by Canada Post.
During the Canada Post strike Terri will give you other instructions for returns. It’s okay to just hold onto items until the strike is settled.
- Terri is a librarian, but not a counselor or grief specialist. See our grief & bereavement page for caring resources.
